BALLET

Classes are comprised of ballet barre (traditional, fundamental technique and warm-up for ballet class), flexibility and body conditioning exercises, and ballet technique center work. 

JAZZ

Classes are comprised of a stretch & strength warm-up, core strength exercises, flexbility training, across the floor jazz technique, and a short dance combo at the end of the class.

LYRICAL

Classes are comprised of a stretch & strength warm-up, core strength exercises, flexbility training, across the floor jazz technique, and a short dance combo at the end of the class.

BREAKING

Classes are based on breaking (break dance) fundamentals, top rock, footwork and freezes. While learning each individual student will learn to incorporate their own style and personlity. 

HIP HOP

Classes are comprised of a rhythm & directional movement warm-up, hip hop dance vocabulary and trending music is explored, and a short dance combo at the end of the class.

ACRO

Classes are comprised of a stretch & strength warm-up, core strength exercises, flexbility training, across the matt basics such as cartwheels and handstands, leading towards more advanced movement like front and backwalk overs
