Congratulations to MPAC Minipac dancer Bianca Sandoval! Winning a partial scholarship to ASH dance convention, for her outstanding job in her Lyrical Solo, at competition. Bianca is the youngest MPAC Dancer to receive a scholarship, receiving her very first scholarship at the young age of 6! Great work Bianca! We are so proud of you!!

Congratulations to MPAC Elite Dancer Carlos Sanchez, who has received a full scholarship to represent the Team USA in this year's World Championship of the Performing Arts! This is a value of $1700 and an honor to represent the US team in what has been deemed the Olympics for the Arts! We are so excited that Carlos Sanchez has been hand selected for this opportunity. We are so proud of you!

Congratulations to MPAC Elite Dancer Alexis Gamez on her acceptance to California School of the Arts - San Gabriel Valley. After going through two different audition process for acceptance to the program, Alexis was pleased to learn that she had been accepted to both the classical and commercial dance programs of the school. Congratulations Alexis, we are so proud of you!

Congratulations to MPAC Jr. Elite Dancer Lexi Hernandez, who recently performed in Lythgoe Family Productions A Cinderella Christmas. This particular show ran for an entire month, where Lexi had the opportunity to work alongside Lauren Taylor of Disney's Best Friends Whenever, Alex Newell of Glee, Davi Santos - best known for his role as the gold power ranger, and Kenton Duty - best known for his role as Gunter in Disney's Shake It Up.

Congratulations to MPAC Dancers Evan & Lexi Hernandez, who, after competing at Starubound Competition were scouted and asked to re-compete the next day at another dance moms competition against the ALDC minis. Congrats guys, we are so excited and proud of what MPAC Dancers are doing. We won't tell you who won, you'll just have to watch and find out for yourselves.

Congratulation to Geronimo & Uptown Funk, both routines were the overall division winners at the Starbound National Talent Competition. Also, a big congrats to our Hip Hop choreographer Aris for bringing home another "Best Choreography" Award for the second year in a row.

he Sparkids team. After making the preliminary round these three MPAC Dancers were invited back to the final Live audition at Universal City Walk! After battling it out and much deliberation from the judges, these 3 were among those selected to be a part of the 2016 Sparkids team! He did an exceptional job and was offered his choice of which show he would like to do. He has chosen to do Peter Pan which will be opening at the Pasadena Playhouse! Congratulations Carlos!

Two of MPAC's dances received Golden Tickets to the world dance championships! (Riverside & Hey Pachuco) This is an invite only competition that includes only the top three highest scoring dances of the competition within their age brackets! The competition includes over 4 different competition circuits as well as different studios from all over the US, Canada, Mexico, and Australia! We feel so honored to be invited to this event! Congratulations to our Teen/Senior Hip Hop Piece "Hey Pachuco" - choreographed by Aris Paracuelles of Quest Crew. Not only did they win 1st place in their category, and 1st place overall, they were the highest scoring routine in their age division bracket! Congrats again, and good work!

Artistic Director Alberto Hernandez, as well as former MPAC students Jeffrey Chai and Edwin Sanchez (now MPAC STAFF) will be guest artists in the Pasadena Civic Ballet's production of the Little Mermaid. They will be completing their Aerial Arts training in Silks for this production. Congrats, and great job!

They loved the work our girls did on set at the music video, so they asked our girls to perform again with the artist at the LA Music Awards at the Avalon. This was our girls first time being on television. The LA Music awards were broadcast live to the East Coast! Well, done again ladies, can't wait to see what you do next!

Teen/Senior Elite team members Lauren Perez and Stephanie Perez were cast in their first music video for an up and coming young artist. The girls got to travel to Rosarito, Mexico where the music video was shot! We are so proud of our girls! They have booked their first dance job at the young age of 13!
